![And all the mighty works He did in Japan culminated on the last night of our trip in the most unlikely of places, a pizza party.
There were games, lots of laughs and of course, pizza - the room was abuzz with some having conversations with the new friends we made on the streets, some worshipping in a circle and some catching up with others in the team.
But there was a moment in time (in between all the noise and chatter), where the love of God descended upon the entire room suddenly.
The song we were singing was no longer just an English worship song, but a song that ministered deeply to a Japanese youth who didn't even understand the meaning of the words.
The conversation with an international student was no longer about just the loneliness she was feeling, but the God who died alone for her so she wouldn't have to be lonely anymore.
The exchange between both a trooper and a church goer was no longer just a farewell, but a restoration of friendship.
And despite the seven different conversations and five distinct groups of people in the room, we had one God, above it all, with a Mission to love on His people in a deep and fresh way.
When the Lord moves, nothing can stand in His way. So,
Fall, Holy Spirit, fall like rain.

I saw young people with hearts on fire for the God we know, the God who walked right beside us when we hit the streets of Japan.
Hearts that beat with compassion for those who were hurting, hearts that broke when someone opened up about their pain and hearts that were full of hope that our God was doing something in the land of the rising sun.

![When people ask me "How was Mission Trip?", the only reply I can give is "It was life-changing".
The reason for my answer doesn't lie in the Mission itself (though boy, did the Lord fulfil His mission), but the people who made the Mission.
